I'd like to add one more user personal regarding my experience.

The employee user who has paid to use the product.

- Motivations: Lesser work or nothing changes.

- Behaviors: avoid providing insight that they think if the changes happen, they have to spend more effort, even it's good for the business.

- Fears: lost our job due because the product helps business need a lesser employee.

- Paint points: Focus on their daily tasks.
